HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By plane:

The nearest airport to Hotel San Donato is the Airport Guglielmo Marconi (BLQ) Bologna.

The airport is only 6 km from the city. The center of Bologna can be reached either by bus, with the navetta Aerobus – BLQ from the train station by taxi. The journey time is approximately 20 minutes. From the railway station follow the signs back in the section By train.

By car:

Arriving by car from the ring road, take exit nr. 7. (Via Stalingrado - city center ') and follow the entrance to the old town ( ONLY PERMITTED ITINERARY )from the Porta San Vitale along the Via San Vitale up the street Benedict XIV where you will find the directions at the Hotel San Donato. The hotel provides a parking with a fee. ⚠️ DO NOT follow the navigator's directions which are incorrect!!

ONLY at the arrival time (not before) don't forget to let know your car plate to the receptionist in the hotel hall.
 

By Train

The railway station of Bologna is located in the city center and is about 1.5 km from the San Donato. From the station walk is about 20 minutes. Once you exit the train station heading towards Via Indipendenza and follow it until you reach Piazza Nettuno. Turn left and continue on via Rizzoli until you reach the Two Towers. Turn left in Via Zamboni, the Hotel is located at the beginning of the street.

 Alternatively you can use the public buses. Buses useful to get to the Hotel are: 11, 13, 14, 18, 19, 25, 27 that stop in Via Rizzoli, a short walk from the Two Towers.
